I've only been going here a short time but already I'm hooked on yoga. I am a bigger girl but was looking for something I could do to work on moving my body more. Stephanie has done an amazing job putting together a series of moves that I can do and I always leave feeling amazing - body, mind, & spirit. My next class can never come soon enough!!!
A lovely experience, once again! Clean, welcoming atmosphere with talented and encouraging yoga instructors. What is there not to love? Thanks for another relaxing, yet challenging class. Looking forward to the next one.
