About the Business
Alpine Arts Center offers the perfect atmosphere to get creative and get inspired for all ages (toddlers through adults)! Drop-in for paint pottery, canvas painting, clay sculpture/pottery wheel, and more. Register online or call us to sign up for art classes, camps, or private/group lessons. We can also travel and bring classes to your home or hotel! If you're looking for evening entertainment, try our social art classes such as Cocktails & Canvas, Cocktails & Clay, and Cupcakes & Canvas! We lead you step by step through these classes, so absolutely no experience is necessary. Alpine Arts Center also specializes in team building activities, corporate retreats, wedding showers, baby showers, and bachelorette parties! Our facilities, equipped with a kid's art room, a main art room/gallery, and a ceramics studio, are centrally located in Edwards (5 min from Beaver Creek and 15 min from Vail). We have beautiful, locally made artwork for sale, and we can ship your purchases or any artwork you create right to your home. If you are coming to the Vail Valley during a busy time of year, it is best to make reservations ahead of time. Give us a call to schedule, or register online. We are looking forward to getting creative with you!

Stopped in during our visit as my littlest child LOVES doing any kind of art. We were able to get our questions answered and able to do some pottery painting right away!!!
The kiddos enjoyed it & the workers were friendly & helpful.
They do offer adult beverages if you are planning an adults trip.
They do have some take home projects as well! Which is a cool thing to take back.
Music is playing to keep some good vibes- but it's not too loud- just backgroun

Just the right amount of help vs letting us figure it out and make mistakes. Also very fun to be able to have a beer or wine while making our project! 10/10 will do another class!

Jake was a great and thorough teacher! I always have fun at Alpine Arts Center. From the classic cocktail and canvas to more specialized arts and crafts, I always learn something from Lauren and her staff!

Greg Y.Sacramento, CA0534Aug 21, 2022We were exploring the area on foot and came across this business. My family and I enjoy doing "paint and sips" and stopped in to check it out. The signage on the outside indicated "walk-ins welcome".
We walked around inside the store for about 10 minutes. It was pretty empty. None of the employees greeted us. At one point, I walked right up to the front counter and stood there. The guy behind the counter didn't say anything to me nor make eye contact.
After standing there for a few minutes, the four of us just walked out.

Lauren is a great teacher! Comfortable studio. Easy location .lots of programs for adults and children. Drop in creative time is available.

We had a great time creating paintings that will provide nice memories. I'm an experienced painter and my friend a total beginner but we both enjoyed the evening very much. Excellent instruction, good music & wine. A wonderful experience!!
