My initial appointment was missed because I got the dates incorrect. The associate who answered on Thursday was able to schedule an appointment for the same day! My tech was very professional and informative when I asked her questions about the techniques she was performing. She was also considerate of a pain in my neck and identified that it was swollen. The gave great suggestion to apply ice to the area and this morning it feels a lot better. Thank you, and I'll be seeing you guys next week!
