It all starts from the reception area. It was clean. Perfect temperature, my questions/ request were made in a time manner. Then 2 great girls came out for us. I believe my girl is cathy if I'm mistaken my apologies. She was great used the right amount of pressure on me as she tried to relieve some kinks. The rest of the body was relaxed as I continued with my massage. This was a great session as I had my daughter with me for her birthday 1st massage. Thank you
