There is a lot to say. First, the front desk people were very polite. Next, the lobby area was clean and fresh. My student was prompt and polite. The room in which I received my service was nice and clean as well. The selection of music was very relaxing. The student asked if I had any areas of concern. I loved that she was considerate, kind, polite, professional and excellent at giving massages. That's why I said 10
