I would definitely recommend Alpha School of Massage. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and the pain goes down my left arm. Jen listened. She gave me a full upper body massage with hot stones with focus on the left side. She recommended an epsom salt bath and to drink plenty of water. I left feeling encouraged with knowledge and relief from some of the pain. I plan to return. Thanks Alpha for being there and training professionals!
