I chose a 10 because my therapist, Amanda, and was very thorough. She listened to me completely. She heard my concerns and focused on the areas of my concerns. She took a moment after the massage to talk to me about things that I could do to improve my pain. I've went to many many salons that were expensive high-end salons and that was the best massage I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be back to see Amanda N
