• Being the athlete that I am not just looking for a trainer to help me perform better, but I'm looking for a person that makes the experience worth while and Paul has done that for me. Although I just recently started working with him, I keep wanting to come back and keep working with him. Aside from Paul, the facility is top notch and the best the 831 has to offer. Altogether, Alpha Project is the best all around facility and has some of the best people running it !

• Sam enjoys attending and training at Alpha. I can see the explosion, confidence and body transformation which translates to her mind/body . Alpha is a 10+ and I receive compliments regarding Sam's transformation. I recommend Alpha everyday of the week. We canceled tomorrow's class because of practice. I wanted to schedule Thursday at 9am. Can you confirm if we have a spot.
