I wasn't prepared for the intense pain the laser caused. It was shocking how bad it was, although very quick. Additionally, it seems as though little thought and time went into the removal of my eyebrow perm makeup considering the cost. But I am new to this and am hoping my judgement is due to my lack of knowledge. Still, a little explanation of what to expect would get you better reviews.
