Joe Roe is a perfectionist when it comes to my brows! Permanent make up is not something you trust just anyone to do for you. It's your face - it's the first thing people notice. I'm fair. Joe had to align, reshape and darken my brows while using the exact shades that look the most natural. He is a true artist and I would recommend him to anyone.
