Polite and warm reception. The technician gave me lots of information and used aloe to cool the areas in addition to the cooling machine. He was pleasant, and respectful, and asked if I was okay during the procedures. He made me feel comfortable and was gentle. I was nervous if I would get scarring or burns, and the next day I have none.
