• Great job waxing. But also the customer service. The only issue I had was with accessibility to the building, but I think that would be more to do with the property manager than the business. And the staff was amazing. I am recovering from a broken ankle and when I arrived I realized I would have to makea jump up to the curb as there was no disabled access near the entrance. I called inside and the receptionist (I forgot to get her name) wasted no time coming outside to assist me. She helped me in and out of the building without question. And while I was embarrassed about having to sit down on the groundand worm myself into the building, she treated me with dignity and kindness. Likewise with the woman who did my waxing. I had not been in quite some time due to my injury, but the waxing was perfect. Thank you for making me feel normal again.

• I didn't get an explanation of how to get the waxy feeling off; I finally figured out that coconut oil worked, and I wasn't offered ingrown hair serum.Otherwise, an excellent experience.
