• Autumn made me very comfortable and she knew what she was doing. She gave me some tips on how to take care of my skin below the waist. I also liked thatthere were baby wipes in the room that I could use before the waxing. Something that detracted from my experience, unrelated to Autumn, was that I heard a manager or owner berating an employee for eating in the work room. Very unprofessional on the manager's part. Take your issues with employees to a private room instead of the waiting area to avoid making customer's uncomfortable. It matters how your employees are treated and how it's perceived by customers.
