• *I doubt you will want to share this one but I do NOT want my feedback used on your website using my name in any form* Luba is always wonderful. However, I was about 20 mins late for my 8PM appt which is absolutely my fault. When I arrived, Luba advised that she could only do what was possible with the remaining 40 mins of our appt which I was absolutely fine with. I had scheduled for Brazilian, full legs and full stomach. Luba asked me to prioritize; I requested Brazilian first, then upper legs, lower legs and we'd see what kind of time we had left. When we were done with everything except the full stomach wax it was 8:49 so I requested to finish the last service and was told no which was disappointing considering I still had 10 mins left in my appt time due to Luba's amazing efficiency. It would have been really nice to have all my services completed instead of having to shave or visit a different salon.
