• The service received from Robyn was excellent. I would have given a 10 score if it not for the receptionist 's attitudes. I have been accustomed to having a polite, pleasant interactions with past receptionists. Now after my last 2 appointments, it is no longer the same courtesy and I am no longer asked if I would like to book another follow up appointment. I guess this is the price of success: attitude as if to let existing customers know that you might have too many clients. Thank God the waxologists are still nice and professional.
