• When I got home I noticed not all hair had been removed, there were still random patches which I had to figure out how to get rid of myself. Maybe pay better attention next time to make sure all hair is removed. Overall it was a good experience.

• I cannot get enough of the people there, from the friendly receptionist (Lexis) to my waxer (Stafania). Had wonderful conversations with both of them, and they are see just soooooooooo pleasant to deal with! Lexis has an amazing attitude and did her best to help me out and Stafania is so relaxing and focused while striking up a genuine conversation! Love the girls there!
