• I've been visiting there for a couple months before covid-19 and I've never had a bad experience and I've dealt with different workers there and still get the same good experience and they made me feel very comfortable and I'm a shy person. This is definitely my go-to place. I'm very comfortable and I'm very please with the service. Now that they're reopen and they have everything prepared for social distancing and being very careful given the fact that we're still dealing with covid-19 I do feel safe and comfortable going there.

• It was already a very clean environment and with the added measures for the COVID pandemic, it makes me feel more secure in being a member. Staff is very friendly and professional. I do miss the baby wipes in the rooms for extra freshness for my waxer lol
