• It is kind of smaller group 4-15 and people are young and older. Everybody encourages each other and afterwards you feel that you did something.

• Small, friendly, inclusive environment. Heather is knowledgeable, supportive, motivating, fun & kind. To work in a small group setting feels safe & all the members ive met are energetic, supportive & helpful. Its the vibe that Heather has intentionally cultivated w/care & compassion for everyonen at every level of fitness & strength.
