• Easy access to the facility, our time was on the books, and there was no confusion about where we would be hitting. Also, scheduling a time was quick and easy via text message.

• The communication system to book the party initially could be improved. If you want your customers to be able to access you easier, I'd advise that. The party itself was great. The coaches were fun, yet professional. They were very present and kept the kids engaged. Amanda at the front desk was helpful in getting us settled in when we arrived.
