• 1. Shane and John have both been completely empathetic and even keel with my son who can sometimes be tough on himself. 2. The quality of the instruction is really phenomenal. I pick up pieces that I try to reiterate with him at home. I bet you would sell more lessons if you included a parent guide for in between lessons.
