• They had to cancel our one-on-one catching appointment a few hours before, but gave me a free session in the batting cage and a complimentary visit to reschedule the appointment. Things happen and I realize people sometimes have to cancel, no big deal. I did appreciate their professionalism and the manner in which they handled everything. Very friendly.
