The bungee classes here are very popular but there are so many other classes with All Fit Collective that are great too! They have rebound, circuit weight training, dance fitness, black light boxing, and more. They are all so much fun and great workouts! The instructors are fun and energetic and very encouraging and positive.

I've called and left messages to speak to someone 3 times to get information and no one has had the courtesy to call back. I think that speaks volumes to how interested they are into inviting new members. So sad because I really thought this would be a fun class. Very disappointed.

Michelle, we are so sorry we missed you! We definitely are experiencing growing pains as a business. If a video on social media goes viral we can get hundreds of calls a week and while we try to return them all we are sad to say we are certain we have missed a few.
We have hired more staff in addition to trying to have easy quick sign up links on our website and social medias for our future clients who want to join a class.
We hope you will still think about trying us in the future. We know you’ll love it! You’ll have a free pass waiting just email us me at Candace@slingbungee.com and I’ll set you up if you still want to try!
Blessings! - Kelsey E.Edmond, OK94Oct 28, 2022
All Fit Collective and Sling Bungee Fitness is my new favorite place to be! I love the Sling Bungee classes but I also love all the other classes they offer. Fit Fight is my new favorite and I love the HEAT classes as well. The atmosphere is SO welcoming, the facilities are great, the class sizes aren't too large or overcrowded, and every instructor is awesome and you can tell that they genuinely love what they do. Five stars all around!

So I took the first class last week. I thought it was a blast. I was wrong. I took the level 2 class today and it was so amazing. The teacher was awesome. Everyone in the class is great. The first one was fun but not a hard workout. Now that we kinda know what we are doing we had a great workout. There are several different level 2 classes. The one I took had cardio and weights included with the flying. Sooo fun. I totally recommend this. I'm way older than anyone else in the class but it doesn't matter. If I can't do on if the things I can just do as much as I can. If you are thinking of trying this you really should. It's awesome

I was smiling or laughing the entire time. It was sooo fun. I didn't feel like I was working out, I felt like I was playing with my friends. My husband said it looked like one of those bouncing things you put babies in that hang from the door frame. I always wondered why babies thought they were so fun. Now I know.
You have to take the beginner class before they let you take any of the other classes. I totally understand why. It isn't as easy as it looks. There are a certain number of steps to certain things you do and you need to do some of the exercises at an angle so you don't run into other people in the class. Also, they have names for the exercises so as they call out the name, you need to know what that means.
The instructor was really nice and patient. Our class did pretty well but there were a few things she had to explain a couple of times. The studio was really clean and we sprayed down the harnesses with disinfectant when we were done.
I watched an advanced class before mine started. Can't wait til I can do those. I am going to try the next level of class next week. I'll let you know how it goes. If you decide to try this, go at least 15 minutes before your class time. They have to weigh you so they can get the straps right. If they are too light you might hit the floor when you drop down if they are too tight you won't be able to drop at all. They also have to get you strapped in. Also wear a thicker t-shirt. I wore a dri-fit shirt and the straps rubbed a little bit on my ribs. Also wear pants or long shorts for the same reason. Shorter shorts might get waded up and rub on your legs. They have pads to put under the straps that help alot but wearing thicker clothes will hopefully help too. - Lindsay D.Jones, OK02Feb 14, 2022
Great place to work out! Encouraging instructors :-)
They offer a variety of classes!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kristen K.Guthrie, OK24053Nov 6, 2018
Not only is this so much fun that you forget you're working out, this team is great. Real talk, our group didn't realize the process takes about 15 mins the first time to do paperwork and get into the bungee. We rolled in right on the dot, and one member of our group was even later!
These girls were so graceful about it even though the class had to wait and started nearly 30 minutes late. I can't imagine how annoying that is as a business owner but the instructor and studio owner were very gracious about it and still made sure we had a great time.
If it's your first time, go early. But know that you're in good hands and in for a treat. ALSO, wear granny panties. Trust me.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jessica C.SoMa, San Francisco, CA041Jul 7, 2021
Well, I want to give a good review but no one gets back to me. I have emailed, Called, Left message on site and commented on their active Facebook page. No one ever responds.
I drove by their location and it looked like there was for sale signs on it so I am not sure what is going on. Like I said they are very active on their Facebook so I know they are still open.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Great alternative for a low impact workout!
I'm somewhat of a fitness fiend and love trying out new workouts. For the past 3 years, I've been adventuring out from my usual gym routine and picking up a new way to workout. Enter Sling!
Sling is located in a plaza right next to a BBQ place. It can be slightly difficult to locate if you haven't been there before (or maybe I'm just directionally challenged), but just look for the bright blue doors and signage.
The studio space is about as big as a standard dance studio. It is very clean and bright inside! If it is your first time, you will have to fill out a waiver form and step on a scale to figure out what harness you need to be strapped in. If you've been there before, you'll just have to check in on a piece of paper. Bring your own water as well - otherwise it costs $1 for a bottle here.
After checking in, it takes a while to get everyone strapped in and hooked on to the bungee. Depending on the class size, it can take up to 20 minutes to get everyone ready for class, so come early to get strapped in. There's only the owner working right now, but she said that she was hiring more instructors, so I imagine the process will speed up in the future. The owner is VERY helpful and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. She makes sure you are feeling secure in your harness and will make any adjustments to your harness/bungee to make you comfortable.
Bungee fitness is unlike anything I have ever done before. If I had to describe it to someone, I would say it's similar to aerial silks - just on the ground and less intense! There are several levels offered at Sling. Everyone starts out at the 101 class which is where you learn the basics and terminology. Although it is very low impact, you still get a great workout.
Class is about an hour long - the instructor lets you use the last 5 minutes of class to take any videos/pictures before you cool down and stretch (#doitforthegram). One class is about $20, but it's cheaper if you buy multiple classes and they run specials all the time.
Overall, Sling is a great addition to Edmond and Oklahoma's fitness scene. It's definitely worth trying at least once to switch up your routine or just to try something new! TBB (trust the bungee)!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Erin G.Edmond, OK3332Jul 8, 2021
Have been going to this studio for years now and I love the workout, the people, and the atmosphere. I encourage my friends and family to try it out. It's fun and you will definitely get a good workout!

We did a private group with 10 girls and we had a blast! The facility is great, the owner was super fun and I'm so excited to go to another class! Thanks for making a fun girls night!
