• ADU has a very welcoming atmosphere. It was my first visit and I was greeted as soon as I walked in and had a great consultation with my stylist Ayanna. I felt like she really listened, therefore giving me the cut I was looking for. Lots of laughs and good conversation.

• The website was some what difficult. I made the appointment online and it prompt me to create an account which was fine but after I made the appointment I went back online to confirm the time yet it says I have no upcoming appointment. At that point I wasn't sure if I should made another appointment or show up, since e site stated that if you don't show up your card will be charged. So I end up calling the office to confirm the appointment, sure enough they were able to see it. I don't know what happened but it was a bit concerning to me because I didn't wanna be charge for not showing up and I didn't wanna make another appointment again on top of the same appointment.
