• Even though it was a same day appointment, Jai was available and took her time way into the evening. I came in for a silk press and Jai educated me on what the outcome would be and helped me make the decision on what I really needed to have done. My Afro has never been straightened and it the humidity wouldn't let me be great so Jai decided flat twist would be better. I've never had the style and wouldn't have asked for it but I love it. Jai is calm and talented, I loved her and would recommend her to anyone. Also I liked the receptionist who offered snacks as I was there for 2.5 hours- that was so thoughtful. 😁
