• After having a tear in my ankle for two years and dealing with a lot of pain. I stand all day at work. I had surgery on my ankle in June and I still had a lot of tightness in the foot, ankle, and leg muscles. Those muscles now are more relaxed & more flexible with very very little pain if any. Thank you!
