The only reason I didn't give a 10 is that I did not get a reminder email the day of or the day before classes began.
I would've enjoyed having a reminder email instead of having to look back about what to bring to class and the social distancing rules, etc.
Other than that Jordan was amazing , super approachable and corrected in the kindest way. You could tell she really knew a lot about dogs and was confident in her training as well.
I walked away feeling like I had a better understanding of my puppy and empowered with tools to make our lives better.
Lisa was very helpful and gave us some ideas to help with our puppy biting problem.
Jordan is very attentive to the needs of the dog owners and provides individualized suggestions. The classes are fun. Jordan is enthusiastic and very positive even in the face of very naughty puppies!
