Our trainer Jordan is always incredibly helpful and hands on with any training difficulties we may be experiencing. She has also given advice on nutrition and recommended someone for my other dog who suffers from allergies. I look forward to the class each week and I know both Link and I are learning so much from it. I am actually considering signing my 7 year old pug up for classes as well bc my experience has been so positive.
I like the training style and the trainers. The Route 9 location does make me a little nervous. People need to be extra careful taking their dogs in and out of the building and in and out of their cars with the location being right on busy Route 9.

After a negative experience with another trainer, I was nervous about bringing my dog to someone new. All of my worries disappeared very quickly with Lisa; she was patient, informative, and kind. I left there with a better understanding of what I had been doing "wrong," and felt more confident in what to do. I can't wait to start puppy classes!
