Very helpful, competent understanding and friendly
Training concepts make sense to me and my pup so easy to learn, take home & practice. Good class control. Observant instructor is helpful in correcting human errors quickly so pup can learn the intended behavior. Fun and yet very informative. Clean facilities and pleasant environment. A very good choice.

Lisa was very helpful starting our new puppy Briscoe on the right foot. She was very enthusiastic and explained things thoroughly. When she left, we new that Briscoe could be trained to be a wonderful pet. My only suggestion would be to have a few written instructions. There is a lot to remember at first.
