I love all the training. The only area that wasn't a 10 for me was getting started. All communication being only by email to get started was tough for me because I get so many emails daily in both my work and personal life that I missed some responses and caused a delay in our start date. If I could have spoken directly to a person or been able to use text confirmations to clear up some registration issues then you'd be a 10 all around.
