• Overall pleased. I thought I was there for a consult and did not have a consult but they went forward with the treatment. I also had been told a different scenario (1/2 vial pricing and it took a full one). I think communication from my initial call could have been more clearly communicated so that it was a consultation (I will use a full vial, here's what to expect, etc.) and I should have asked more questions so do take responsibility for that personally too.
