• My visit was almost perfect! I did lose time messing around with the locker combination. I wish you had digital locks - so much easier & user friendly. Also, my 3 appointments were booked back-to-back-to-back. It would be nice to have a clock, not just a timer, in the infrared sauna. And some wiggle room of 5-10 min between services. But I was very pleased with the services and will be back!

• Erica knows her business! I like that she always asks questions before we even start...."any issues", and she asks about past issues too. Then, while she is working on me, at some point, she always asks if the pressure is ok.....
