I've only taken one private class so far, but the the studio has a great energy, friendly staff, clean environment, and it looks like a great selection of classes
Cheesy was super nice and the workout was great. I'm definitely feeling it this morning. I like how quiet things are, no blaring music or loud bangs from weights. The gym can be jarring.
Nice clean small place, nice equipment, great teacher and location
