Cheray was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made the tough (it was my first Pilates class EVER) workout really enjoyable and approachable! I can't wait to take her class again.

i LOVED the class i took on sunday with cheray- great music, she had great energy, and i felt the burn! i didn't feel the beginner class is indicative of what an actual class will be- i'd encourage newbies just to jump in! now i'm signed up to come in on wednesday but almost wasn't going to come back after the beginner class
