My Align 1 and 2 classes with Sydney are amazing!! I previously took Align 1 with another instructor, and quite frankly, it made me dread going to class each week. I now look forward to Sydney's classes! She is patient, explains and demos moves so well, and never belittles you or makes you feel clueless. She is awesome!
