• Excellent for health and wellbeing, accessible, welcoming environment, knowledgeable and attentive instructors that really listen to their clients and provide options to accommodate varying issues, easy to use and adaptable equipment, friendly atmosphere, women only; no egos, cater to a great mix of clientele, variety of fitness and wellbeing models to choice from, adhere to government restrictions, clean and hygenic environment, lockers to keep personal items safe and secure, social opportunities, variety of hours, booking and check in is easy, photos and explanation of exercises near each machine help to jog memory, vibrosaun provides much needed zen time. Highly recommend Aliento. It is in a league of its own.
