• I was very pleased with the service from Maria who took my enquiry to Emily who showed me the studio & how to work the machines on my free trial day but especially pleased with the friendliness of everyone. I’m most impressed with Allison who obviously knows her business well. She’s energetic & introduced me to the other patrons who were very friendly. I look forward to a long lasting & rewarding experience with Allison & her team. I’ve no doubt I will see results from my workouts in time. The equipment is easy to use & effective. I can adapt it to suit the condition of my fitness level which is why I’m particularly pleased with Aliento. I would be happy to recommend Aliento.
