• I have enjoyed going to Aliento for a long time. I'm not a gym junkie but i think the activities i do at Aliento help me maintain whatever fitness I still have. I see the larger ladies on the machines and I'm so impressed with their determination! Obviously they feel that Aliento is helping them achieve their goals. As I've said before, the "girls" are always friendly and helpful and always cheer me up. Thankyou!
