• What a great experience! I was nervous going up those stairs but to my delight meeting Allison and her staff and using the amazing equipment at Aliento I felt safe, respected and looked after. I have a few issues with my body, as we all do, but the well experienced staff understood my needs and concerns and catered to all of them. I recommend highly to just come in and check it out for yourself. There’s a week’s free trial. I mean what do you have to lose, besides a few unwanted kilos.
