• I have had found a women's only studio, Aliento, that has become a valuable part of your daily workout routine since 2022. The studio offers a range of equipment and services, including Shapemaster equipment, whole body vibration machines, body analysis, weight and dietary programs, and dry vibrosaun which is very therapeutic. Age is no barrier. my initial free trial was amazing. It's wonderful that Allison and her team provide caring support to every woman who visits the studio. The social aspect of the studio, with a weekly meetup at a nearby cafe, has helped form valued friendships and enjoy friendly chatter. Aliento has created a welcoming and supportive environment for women of all ages to prioritize their health and well-being.
