• The teacher was clear and a good listenner, all was perfectly clean. She made everyone feel good. The reformer introduction makes you clearly understand but also feel what is a Reformer class and how your body can or cannot follow up. I think this idea of having a machine to support you on your balance is a good solution for weak muscles like mine & those who has back injuries.

• The instructor was great. Buying online was a bit of a nightmare and the fact that I need to buy a package and can’t pay as I go may be a deterrent but the instructor and class was fantastic and I will be back for sure!
