• I've only been twice, but thus far my experience has been great. When I phoned to enquire about the course, the person I spoke to was really helpful and followed up really well. On arrival, the receptionist was really friendly and perhaps more important remembered me the next week, very impressive considering how many people pass through. I would like to give a special shout out to Rob, my coach. The guy is 18, I'm 68 and have just taken up tennis. He has made me feel like he's genuinely interested in me as person and has been tremendously patient. Such a great coach. I've just retired from managing a busy salon and know how important customer relations are. From what I've seen you have a great team. I still do 2 days of private work, and quite frankly haven't stopped telling all my clients what a great place it is.
