• Our son's first trial lesson - Jake the coach was welcoming and inclusive, introduced the children to each other at the start of the session (it's amazing how many clubs just don't do this - and for a more introverted child, it can make all the difference to the sense of connection they form with other children). Jake gave us a racket (we don't have one yet) and was incredibly encouraging and supportive to our son throughout the lesson, challenging him at an appropriate level and keeping him engaged. He provided 121 support when needed - without compromising the experience for other children. A really nice balance of fun and learning - and great to get the kids involved in court set up and ball collection too. I was so impressed. Looking forward to our son's next lesson and continuing to build his confidence and resilience as he learns a new skill. Thank you.
