Love the classes, great options for strength or athletic hot yoga. Would love a couple more Friday options, but overall very happy!

Love love love the heat! The teachers are skilled enough to read a room and still challenge even those who are looking for 'more.' I really love attending classes here- can't wait to see you all soon!
Jennifer took her time to talk to us and ask what we needed for the day's practice. She was a great teacher and the studio is clean, welcoming, and very comfortable.
