I like my lobby entrances (first floor) to be friendlier. So its totally subjective. Lovely studios and people.

10 is best right? It's perfect. Affordable for independent small businesses who need Social media/work pictures. Clean space. I do wish the people before me got out once there session was over they kinda lingered around and I had to tell them to leave.
