• Both my massage and facial were outstanding The esthetician, hands down gave me the best facial I've had in all Florida. Both my therapists were absolute Angel's and I left feeling rejuvenated. I will say the spa itself needs some work. The locker locks didnt work well. The cafe was closed next to the pool, the sauna was broken. There was random pieces of workout equipment in the changing room. The bathroom toilet next to the waiting room area (right before and inbetween services) was not properly working, and some of the furniture definitely showed signs of wear and tear. So I'm not sure those things warrant the price tag, but where you fell short in those areas, the therapists made up for all those little things. Thanks to all the Angel's at alaya!

• Great service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Was very quiet at the time I was there. Helped a lot that I was able to get a considerable discount to ease the cost. Cannot afford to do this regularly, so when do get a chance it is great that the service and experience was exceptional.

• The environment was comfortable and inviting. The staff, including Marco and Kimberly, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They explained everything that they were doing during my massage and facial. I really enjoyed my experience.
