• Came with a large group. Spa was extremely accommodating, and the services were great. Fantastic staff. One note though; we were with one person on crutches due to a sprain, and one person in a wheelchair all her life. The only downside I see to this spa is that while there are more accessible amenities than most places might provide (the pool and hot tub having the handicapped lift is fantastic), the beds in the facial rooms don't move down - it took 3 of us to get the girl with the wheelchair on the bed, if she hadn't come with a group this wouldn't have happened at all - and the floors in the shower area were super slippery and wet. The girl on crutches nearly fell on her way out, and that's with me throwing a towel on the floor and drying as much as I could first. I didn't like walking on the floor myself and I have no handicaps. Smooth tile and water are not a great combination. None of this stops us from coming back next month for another group day. But I thought I should say it to someone.

• The concept is great, I love having access to so many amenities. The massage therapists and facial specialists are all great. Unfortunately the bathrooms are a little run down, which is why I didn't give it a 10
