• I attended the BJJ no-Gi class at 11am yesterday (Dec 6), it was my third class w Alavanca and Tim was great. Really made me feel welcome and got me involved in the class by pairing me up with some experienced guys. The guys he put me (Avery and Sanjeep) with showed a lot patience helping a new guy like me learn the focused technique as well as providing guidance on some of the basics.
