Love the studio and teachers. The energy is so beautiful there; full of light and renewal. Ashley is a wealth of information and wisdom, and reminds me exactly why I came to the mat: to strengthen, to lengthen, to get grounded, to breathe fully and wholly, to restore and heal, to return to the true self. My life has more balance and energy when I practice here and I love every class, before, during and after! I have introduced many friends there. It's a special place, thank you! 🙏
