I absolutely love this salon/spa. Although I am a regular customer, they always manage to me feel beautiful every time. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I love that they have refreshments in the waiting area. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. They always provide great service. Prices are reasonable!

Anita usually does my eyebrows and let me say this lady knows how to utilize some tread. I always get a lot of compliments when she treads my eyebrows.

Massage a month ago: pressure was weak and the changing room/bathroom is very odd. There was no toilet paper and no refills. Place doesn't feel very clean.

Massage this month: therapist was awesome, she was the saving grace.

Manicure/pedicure: there are very few gel colors and you pick by the bottle and not all have the colors on the lid. Regular polish there are more colors but still not a large selection. Many colors are older and needed polish remover added to thin them out. Tech seemed inexperienced. Soak off of gels was done by dipping nails in acetone vs wrapping fingers in foil. It took 45 min to remove the gel polish. Tech's cuticle cutting was painful because of how she was doing it. Gel polish wasn't taken completely off, nails were frayed - some gel didn't go to the edge and some was on my finger. After the gels were applied, no lotion or hand massage. Chairs are uncomfortable and old.

Scheduling: my first Appt was a Groupon for a 90 min massage - and they scheduled me for 60 min so I had to rebook the 30 min, which they were accommodating. They text you a lot of promos. My Appt was 10 am and most techs and stylists arrived a few min after 10, so none of us got started until 10:10. I had a mani pedi and massage scheduled and they did mani first, then pedi than massage. Salon 101 is you do massage first to not ruin nails. The. You do pedicure first while finger nails soak. It took 2.5 hours to do a mani pedi.

Before posting a review I wanted to give this salon a fair chance. I visited on multiple occasions. My first visit I wanted my gray hairs dyed black. (Yes this old lady needs to hide her real age) well I noticed when I got home that o still had gray hairs ‍ umm well that's not cool. I received a text from the salon asking me how my experience was, so I was honest. I told them I wasn't happy. I got s call from the British lady that did my hair apologizing and stating that she will correct it for me at no cost. I honestly thought that was very nice and ethical on their part.

I made an appointment and she did fix my color, however she did not look happy doing it. Which tells me, her call wasn't genuine her boss probably told her make things right. The lady said she would only color my hair but someone else would blow dry it. Ok cool, Lucy blow dried my hair AND BOY IS THAT WOMANS HAND AWESOME


Ok, let's fast forward to why I didn't go back. Plain and simple. I didn't go back because my service took too long due to gossip in the salon amongst co-workers on how they are being taken for a ride by the owner with their pay! Honestly, that's non of my business and I don't want to be part of that salon drama. As a customer I don't need to know the dirty laundry of the salon. Finally, what put the nail on the coffin was when my hair stylist gave me her card with her cell and told me to call her that she could do my hair in her house! ‍‍ no thank you.

I go to the salon to relax and bs with the stylist about life kids etc etc not about their salon drama.

Let me just tell you...
This place things they are so slick with their Groupon. The Groupon states you get a haircut, color and deep conditioner. You go there and their receptionist Shows you a booklet of an additional $79 or so dependent on your hair length. Lol this place is a joke. So outdated and in a parking lot. It was more expensive than me just paying for my services a la carte. Do the math!!

On the other hand, Deborah my stylist was such a doll. She was such a joy and she gets 5 stars.

Three reasons why I drive 30 minutes to Aisha:

1. Superb eyebrow threading
2. Rejuvenating facials
3. Excellent customer service

It's really hard to find someone that you can trust with these types of services so I'm genuinely relieved to have found this place! Kavi is my go to specialist, but they are all great. I used to be really skeptical about threading but once I tried it I realized why it's a million times better than waxing. Seriously, if you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about your eyebrows & skin, this is the place for you.

Ps. Get the gold facial if you're wanting a deep clean & golden glow for your skin. It really is worth every penny, I promise!

Ask for Pat! She's the best!

I've been in Orlando for about a year now and I was scheduled for Pat on my 3rd visit. My first two appointments were okay. I returned because the place was reasonably priced, clean, and easy to book with. My services weren't the absolute best, but I was new to the area so I was playing it safe.

Ever since I was booked with Pat that first time she's been the only person I go to. She's nice, thorough, gentle and she works with what she thinks is best for you. I usually get my under arms waxed, a Brazilian, and my eyebrows done for about $90. I get all of my services with the hard wax, that's the kind you remove without the paper. Personally it's less painful, quicker, and better for my skin. Pat will use soft or hard depending on what you request. Walk ins are welcome but if you want to be safe call ahead, their customer service is great!

P.S. - Take cash for tips! They appreciate cash tips over card if you do plan to tip.

Visiting from out of town, needed to get the brows cleaned up. Unfortunately, the lady who did mine took off way more than usual! So much that I got comments from two random strangers on 2 different occasions while in Orlando.

Imagine that. Orlando.... home of the Latinos who get freaky pencil thin brows and somehow I ended up also getting looks. I just wanted clean, not stylish/womenly brows.... F**K! :(

Eric at Aisha's salon is amazing!! He's a master stylist with years of experience traveling all over the country to do hair! I knew I was in great hands when he told me that. I told him I wanted to go darker and he gave great options during the consultation. Eric is new to the area so conversations about his home city were interesting. My hair hasn't felt or looked this good is a long time! cannot wait to go back to see him!

Daniel is a master colorist!!! He was great!!!!!! Really friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He did an absolutely amazing job, and he is someone I will definitely go back to.

The reception was great... very friendly, and I was offered iced tea, wine, water, tea, coffee... anything I wanted.

I also got my eyebrows done while I was processing... and she was great too.

I don't let people touch my hair often - but Daniel gave me a perfect color and a great cut.

Aisha is fabulous. the salon has been around for quite some time and I always get my eyebrows threaded there. I have had a massage and nails done there a few times, too. They have great customer service and treat you as if you are a neighbor!
