Aire Blow Dry and Color Bar

Inexperienced hair stylist.
My first time there was for a blowout.
I had a wedding at that day. The girl took literally over a hour and my hair was a frizzy ball after.
I ask to use the blow dryer to make my bangs little smoother myself and the manager denied with a rude attitude.
I had no time to fix my hair for my event and looks horrible. For the price they charge I was expecting a much better blowout
I do not recommend this place.
Rude management and inexperienced stylist.

I've been coming here for a few months now and I have to say I've been nothing but happy. Ashley is my go-to for my hair. She's the only person whose ever given me a blowout where they last! She's never disappointed me, and I've been to other blowout bars where my hair fell flat within a few hours. Ashley's blowouts hold till it's time to wash my hair again!

Today I came by for a blowout with Ashley, and also to try makeup with Brianna, who was just as amazing. Here I am hours later and my makeup is still on as if she just did it.

Love this place! The atmosphere is sheek & trendy, upbeat and fun. I've been going to Aire for about 2yrs now. I drive all the way from Port Jeff. The staff is always super friendly - from the receptionist to the shampoo girl, to the stylist. My favorite stylists are Amelia, Kayla & Raiza. However, I've never seen someone leave with a bad blowout. I wish there was a location closer to Port Jeff. Until then, it's well worth the drive.

I always have a great experience getting a blow out here. I never have the same person because I base my appointments on when I'm available and have always had a wonderful experience. My hair is very thick and curly and I always leave feeling like a movie star

I had to get my hair done in a pinch for a wedding. My usual stylist went into labor the day before the wedding and had to cancel all her appointments.
Aire got me in for their first appointment the day of the wedding.
I didn't have the typical long wait you have at every other salon. I am not sure if this was because I had the first appt. of the day or if they are just that efficient. Either way, I walked in and was seated at the wash station right away.
The girl who did my hair, I can't think of her name for the life of me, was so nice. I told her I just wanted light beachy waves. Didn't get that, but it still looked good. They were more of curls that I was told would loosen as the day went on, but I know my hair and I knew they were staying like that. I have very "tamable" hair, so I've been told.
The space is clean and really refreshing on the inside.
They do not do cuts, but they do color and makeup along with blow outs.
I am not sure if I will be back because I really just went to Aire in a pinch. That being said, I'll go the next time I am in a pinch again.

Bottom Line: Aire is not going to take the place of your usual hair stylist, but when you want to feel extra pretty or in a pinch for a blow out, Aire is the way to go.

We're en route to NJ for a wedding. It's been 3 hours since my appointment and the mess that was made on my head almost lost its first Bobby pin by the time I got to my car. Moving around to finish makeup, get dressed, etc; more had unraveled. I faced facts that it wouldn't make it to NJ, let alone the dance floor and I knew my hair was too short for some styles and wish Richard would've had an alternative suggestion when I said that. I admitted I don't get my hair done, don't know what styles are called other than braids nor did I look up anything up which is definitely a huge mistake on my part. But it's really unfair to just half ass a style because it's all you have time for. I would've been fine walking out with the mess I walked in with.

I honesty never criticize anyone or anything, but I felt like this was necessary. This place is wonderful when it comes to blow drys but NEVER get blonde highlights or blonde color here , unless you want to look like a tangerine. Staff was very friendly but they made my hair extremely brassy and orange. I personally don't like orange tones in my already ashy color . I walked in for some more "bleach blonde ashy" highlights and they gave me this . They tried to fix it but I still see some orange after hours of fixing . The staff was very helpful but unfortunately I lost my money and I have to go get my hair treated somewhere else . 10/10 for blowouts though, negative for blonde color .

Went to Aire for the first time on Saturday what a great experience! Had my engagement party to go to and my hair came out fabulous. Got a lot of compliments on how beautiful it was done. The employees there were very friendly from walking in the door and being greeted at the front desk, was sent to the sinks to be washed. The girl at the sinks was very sweet. I've been to many salons to get my hair done and I've never had my hair washed the way she did was very quick and enjoyable! She talked to me made me feel very comfortable wasn't an awkward sink experience I've had in the past. After my wash she offered me a beverage and than walked me over to the person that was doing my hair. There was another great experience stylist was very nice and did a great job. Aire is now my go to place when I have an event and need my hair done or if I'm feeling lazy.

Rude front desk person. The front desk person that makes the appointments should not have a job there. She's beyond rude and is not friendly at all. She makes you feel uncomfortable with her comments and is unprofessional. My daughter and I were there for blowouts last week on 2/23/2020 Sunday morning.

Needed to color my hair. Decided to give Aire a shot. My stylist, Kayla was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive. I explained to her what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly. I will be back
